Powerhead Rebuild Kit
We offer two kit options for this application.
A “Short Kit” which includes: Piston Kits (piston, Riken Rings, wrist pin & Clips), Complete Powerhead Gasket Kit with Crank Seals and Rod bolts.
A “Complete Kit” which includes everything in the short kit, plus contains all powerhead bearings!
The pistons in this kit are available in STD, .010″, .020″, .030″ & .040″ oversize. To order your kit, select your desired options, then click “add to cart”. If your cylinders require different size pistons, you will need to give us a call to place the order
The pistons in this kit are for bottom guided engines. If you don’t know the exact year of your engine, you can double-check that you have a bottom guided motor by checking the casting number on the side of your connecting rod. Bottom guided motors have 335016-3 or 600-818052 casting numbers. Top guided motors have 640-9612 casting numbers. These number are casted directly into the rod.
