Kent-Moore DT-52086 Piston Return Spring Compressor
Application: 10L80/10L90 Transmission
DT-52086 is used to compress the A-clutch return spring to allow removal and installation of the clutch retaining ring. It is used with the GRE transmission adjustable compressor bridge DT-51892. The adjustability of DT-51892 allows it to expand enough to contact the spring but keep the spring from flexing and causing damage. DT-52086 contacts the entire perimeter of the of spring to compress it evenly.
