Flora is a surplice dress or top made in an easy care and comfortable knit for today’s girl. With a simple pull on over the head style, Flora is quick to sew and comfortable to wear. The dress even comes with pockets for all her treasures! Flora can be a lovely dress (View A), or a darling peplum top (View B). Both the dress and the top can be smocked or simply gathered. Flora comes with a breezy flutter sleeve for summer or a long gathered sleeve and cuff for cooler weather.
