Clutch on the X-Axis handwheel assembly on the HiTorque Large Bench Mill to engage or disengage the handwheel and lead X-Axis leadscrew. The disengagement of the handwheel is a safety feature if using a power feed. Without disengaging, when a power feed was in use, the handwheel would spin.
